Chicken Capsichu


Hi Everybody.....Its my first recipe for my blog....Mainly this one is prepared by my Husband...& its name also given by him....I hope u all love this Recipe...:) CHICKEN CAPSICHU(Chinese Indian Milijhuli combination platter)

Ingredient:
1. 250 gm Boneless Chicken Breast
... 2. 1 Egg
3. 2 Table spoon Corn Flower
4. 2 table spoon of plain Flower
5. Tablespoon Ginger/Garlic Pest
6. ½ Cup Curd
7. Tomato Puree
8. Salt & Sugar
9. Chopped Onion
10. Chopped Capsicum
11. Cumin Seed
12. Black Jire
13. Oil
14.Almund Dust
15. Green Chili
17.Red Chili Powder
18. , turmeric powder

Steps :
1. Cut Boneless Chicken Breast into small pieces, wash it and drain the water. Make sure Chicken is properly dried.
2. Mix the chicken with Egg , corn flower , plain flower , Ginger/Garlic Pest , turmeric powder & salt. Put this mixer into freezer for 30 mins.
3. Put sufficient Oil into Frying Pan and once heated slowly put the chicken pieces into the hot oil. Chicken Cube should be placed one by one. Once the chicken color turn into deep brown take out the chicken pieces. Chicken should be fried with high flame.
4. Mix the curd with red chili powder, tomato puree , salt , sugar & almond dust and keep it in a separate bowel.
5. Put 2 Table spoon of Oil into Frying Pan ,Once Hot add cumin seeds , Black Jire.Then
place the chopped Onion into it. Once the Onion turn slight Brown add the capsicum , Green Chili & tomato peaces. Fry it for another 5-7 mins and . Then add the curd mixture into it and place the fried chicken . Tossed the chicken with high temperature and once the complete card mixture will be absolved , the preparation will complete.
Not to mention the taste will be Yummy - Just try & Enjoy It !!!!
